We have just completed our house on the hill. It all started with a great view and then a floor plan to fit the lot and take advantage of the view. We ended up turning the home around so that the back of the home is what is seen from the street. We doll’d up the back of the home to add to the curb appeal. The front of the home’s views are of the juniper trees and wildlife. The result was a beautiful home that has views from every room.
Even though the weather and COVID-19 caused some delays, we were still able to finish the home in a reasonable time frame. Our homeowners are very happy to be in their new home and we wish them all the best.
